Musethica operates in three main channels:
1. Musethica Ensembles for the Community project
2. Musethica Quartet
3. The International Musethica Festival, held annually and featuring top musicians from Israel and abroad.
Musethica Ensembles for the Community
This is an annual project in which over 100 concerts are given by the musicians participating in the program, to about 7000 listeners all over Israel with an emphasis on the geographical and social periphery.
The project includes 10 musical sessions, where in each session an ensemble of outstanding musicians receives lessons and masterclasses from a senior musician, and performs 12 concerts in educational, therapeutic and rehabilitation institutions, including a concert for the general public at a concert hall or art Gallery.
The concerts are played in the institutions themselves, free of charge, in an intimate and informal atmosphere, thus providing access to all audiences, regardless of their physical or mental condition.

Musethica Quartet
Musethica operates every year, at least one permanent string quartet, comprised of outstanding young musicians in the advanced stages of their academic studies.
This quartet works consistently throughout the year under the guidance of a senior musician, performing in dozens of community-based concerts as well as public concerts open to the general public. For the past three years, the quartet project has been conducted in partnership with the Jerusalem Academy of Music and Dance.
The quartet receives weekly coaching and masterclasses from senior faculty, participates in intensive seminars, and performs for diverse audiences across Israel.
Through this project, Musethica aims to establish and nurture a professional, world-class quartet that will, among other roles, serve as a cultural ambassador for Israel on the global stage.

Musethica International Festival
Each year, Musethica hosts an international chamber music festival within the community, featuring both accomplished musicians and students from Israel and abroad. As part of the festival, Musethica presents approximately 25 concerts at various institutions for individuals with special needs - populations that may not have access to traditional concert halls - alongside three public concerts held in leading concert venues.
